Charleston chimney needs cricket.

A chimney like this one I found on a Charleston home needs a cricket.  A cricket is a small roof like structure built behind the chimney to divert water to either side.  Although this chimney was not leaking inside the home it was slowly rotting the plywood on either side.  A home inspector who only inspects from the ground would have a hard time spotting this deficiency.
